Perturbator

If you’re looking for a dark, atmospheric evolution in electronic music, Perturbator’s Lustful Sacraments is an essential listen. Released on May 28, 2021, via Blood Music, this record marks a bold shift for James Kent, moving away from pure cyberpunk into brooding, goth-infused soundscapes. The album features a notable guest appearance by the band Hangman's Chair on vocals. Critics have praised the project for its mature, hook-laden production and its ability to weave industrial and post-punk influences into a cohesive, ominous experience. It’s a haunting, must-have addition for any serious synth-driven collection.
