The Cramps
Look Mom No Head
The Story
In November 1991, The Cramps unleashed their fifth studio album, Look Mom No Head!, recorded at Hollywood’s Ocean Way Studios. Self-produced by guitarist Poison Ivy, the record captures the band’s signature garage-punk ferocity and psychobilly swagger. The sessions famously featured a guest appearance by the legendary Iggy Pop, adding to the album's debauched, high-energy atmosphere. With tracks like "Two Headed Sex Change," Look Mom No Head! remains a cult favorite, celebrated for its raw, reverb-drenched sound. Whether you are a longtime fan or a newcomer, this essential piece of rock history continues to resonate with its wild, uncompromising spirit.
